A320-BANK ANGLE IN LATERAL MODE

I've some questions about BANK OF LATERAL MODE.
ALL ENGINES OPERATIVE.
1. What is principle of creation bank angle in various stages of flight?
2. What is different MANAGE (NAV) from SELECT (HDG) in LATERAL MODE during of turn? What is bank angle in CRUSE, APPROACH, APPROACH MODE?
3. Has FLIGHT GUIDANCE any restictios for that modes?
