DC9 speeds
 

On a noise abate Flaps 15 take off with speed at V2+10; is it safe to bank the DC9 more than 15 degrees if flaps 15 V2+10 speed is less than flaps 15 minimum maneuver speed for a given weight?

The reason I ask is because our FOM allows a 30 degree bank for the conditions stated above.
I myself am not comfortable banking more than 15 degrees until I satisfy minimum maneuver speed for a given configuration.
