Home AFTN Terminal

Hello,
I am hoping to setup an AFTN terminal at my house, either on a Linux, or a Windows machine. It would be for personal use only, and I can only get a connection on my existing lines, so effectively tunnelled over IP. I am living in Italy.

Is anyone aware of any services that can connect me?
