AIRBUS SOP for take off

Does anyone have access to an official Airbus SOP, not a company specific one?

I would like to know whether the manufacturers SOP is for CM1 (when acting as PNF) to set take-off thrust.

Thanks.

PF sets takeoff thrust if you apply airbus sops

Thanks, just to clarify, is that from the manufacturer manual or an airbus manual that is company specific. IE has the name of the airline on each page as opposed to just the Airbus logo.
Sorry to be pedantic, I just want to be sure before I stick my oar into an internal argument.

Don't have original source at hand, but on the course in Toulouse it was always PF... Google "A320 FCTM" and you'll find a generic Airbus copy

cheers, found that on google, question answered.

The Airbus unadulterated FCOM has the PF set Take Off Thrust. After thrust is set, if the PF is CM2, the PIC guards the thrust levers during the take off roll until V1.

yes. its a bit of a pain for both CM, but I'm sure we'll get used to it.

john_smith Does TCX have CM1 setting thrust now?
I thought this was generally thought of as a bad idea, see whole long thread on crash by bad G/A with power/path control split between PF/PNF?

Best you start learning German, it will be the only way you can read the SOPs in the future.

Yes, its not going to be popular, do you have a link for that thread or a bit more info to search with?

Yahole, or some such, yes?

Probably a page or two earlier or the AAIB report would be best.
