How does yours compensate? Any info is appreciated

One of the few things the Embraer does well is compensate for non-standard temperature. How? You just stick in the actual values on the appropriate page and "job done." However, you have to use your grey matter to deal with a temperature inversion. It's still clueless about performance, but at least you can see how much you missed the mark by.
