Thanks hvogt !

I suspected those were the MOTNE codes but using the Runway designator R13R instead of adding 50 to the runway direction made me unsure !

As far as I can tell, neither ICAO nor WMO currently prescribe the addition of 50 to the designators of right runways. Since the method seems to be widely recognised, I wonder if it has any historical basis in international standards. Does anybody know?
