Functionality of Aircraft Livery
 

Hi chaps and chapettes,

As those who frequent airports we are all aware that Aircraft are now flying brand marketing tools hosting the latest gimmick.

I have noticed over the last couple of years the designs becoming increasingly elaborate.

Has anyone else noticed they are a pain to inspect due to the increasing eye distractions. I have found all sorts of stuff in the hangar under better lighting/conditions that are usually picked up by our crews on other standard/boring liveried aircraft.

What is the consensus of the Flight Crew population, do you find the paint schemes distracting whilst conducting your pre-flights?
