Boeing 737- BBJ Cabin lights problem

The cabin flourecent lights start fluctuating when the 2nd generator comes online, either APU and 1 Engine, or both engines, Lights are fine on 1 source only.
Has anyone seen this before on 737?
Any advice thanks
