Hi, just wandering why the managed holding speed for IAE is GD + 20 as opposed to GD on CFM?

And how can I descern from a:

Hold to fix (HF auto exit)
Hold to altitude (HA auto exit)
Hold to manual termination (HM manual exit)

On the FP page?
