Vmc Factors - Flaps
 

Hi everyone... I'm looking for flight test data and/or certification data reports on the effects of flaps on Vmc speeds. I'm looking for the most comprehensive data reports. If anyone has access to these types of reports or knows what direction to point me in, that would be much appreciated!

I'd like to avoid speculation about the subject as much as possible.
