I have just done a flight from Europe to Asia and I came across this TAF :- TAF APP UTAA 0918/1006 120-08 WID 5000 RZB 1500 UMRN TURB SLOE ZEMLQ-1500 WREM 0918/0924 200-05 I can only guess the following :- 120-08 is the wind component 120 at 8 MPS. 5000m vis reducing to 1500m ? SLOE - Special list of equipment ? Appreciate if you guys shed some light to this. Have a nice weekend. Cheers, lion-g |

Yes. This is Russian TAF written in Latin letters (untranslated)
