Fokker 50 Inquiry
 

Hi all,

Thanks in advance for your comments/opinions/knowledge. I'm soon to be jumping on a F-50 and have never flown or flown on the airplane. Just wondering peoples thoughts about the aircraft, things to look out for etc. So far I'm pretty impressed with the bird seems to be a few years ahead of its time and not nearly as complicated as some of the other turbines out there like the older ATR 42's.

i flew it 15 years ago, it's a great airplane to sharpen your multiengine skills and build airmanship, very nice hand flying, friendly avionics and dark cockpit concept.
i remember in the sim watching out for the engine failure plus failure of the auto feather system when you had to be quick and do it manually.
