self created waypoints for reference use, ie your etops entries, etp`s and exit points are not part of the flight plan. The FAA will not care about them.

Thanks very much for the infos u provided me on the thread i launched for FMS waypoints creations,i'll try and follow ur explanations and get back to u with more advises.However what does the SK-R means on the Take-off Ref page 2 and if u fly to a destination where the elevation is let's say 3000ft and u've got to meet the 240/10000ft,in that case wouldn't it be 240/13000ft?Best regards

You might want to do your 10,000' checklist (eg. "Approach Checklist") at 13,000' since you still need to give people time to be seated and FAs to do their checks.
