Sensitive Security Airworthiness Directive

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a SSAD from FAA dated Feb 11 regarding the potential threat of PSU in remote locations (i.e. in the toilets) and therefore the obligation to deactivate and remove them. Thanks for your help.
