State Minima - LVP
 

My understanding is that for Cat IIIa the RVRs required are 200/125/125 (75 if not relevant i.e. <60Kts). However, I also understand that the mid/stop end must not be below state minima.

However, I am struggling to find a reference to which states have different minima. At the moment I am using the take-off minima but need something a little more concrete.

Any help would be appreciated.
