Anybody would have a flight manual for the Cobra?

The Cobra as in the AH-1??? It would surprise me if you'd find one, it being active military hardware and all... Try the military section.

Well I was looking for the performance charts at 12000' OGE.....

A few of them are being operated civilian.

Which version of the Cobra?
