Rolls-Royce Notice to Operators- any idea how to find them?

I am looking for Rolls-Royce Notice to Operators No.1116, for the Dart 532-7R engine on a Fokker 27. Google searches have failed me. Does anyone know if there is a database of NTOs somewhere? The Rolls-Royce site didn't seem to go far enough back in time for the F27
