WX radar question

What are those four stripes on the nose (citation cj1+); they contribute something to the WX radar.

The strips are lightning diverters. Provides the radome some protection against lightning strikes.

Also conduct static off the radome to minise RF interference.
If the radome is not bonded the static noise is horrendous.
