737NG O/H Fire Prot Panel
Why would the Boeing engineers signal an APU DET INOP with a M/C , OVHT/DET system combination and not use the same series of lights to herald a FAULT light on the same panel...in fact, I suspect due to your next move to land at the nearest suitable field that this alone should warrant a MASTER CAUTION light with OVHT/DET annuciation....any thoughts?
