Acronym
Hello
my company is switching from Jepp flight plan to the LIDO flight plan. I've observed that in the LIDO plan, near the fuel figures, there is an acronym:BRFZFW. Can someone tell me what it stands for? thanks B_D |
Can't see it on our LIDO's ?!
|
Every CFP format is different, no matter who provides it. Each customer can develop their own format and content requirements. I have personally seen 18 different LIDO customer versions of a CFP.
As for what BRFZFW means you will need to ask your management team. |
I have a recent LIDO Flight Plan in front of me as I type, and, putting together the plain language statements on our plans, believe this to be -
Brakes Release Fuel (at) Zero Fuel Weight. Is the acronym followed by adjustments for Fuel required with variations in ZFW? A stab in the dark, stand by for a more knowledgable reply.:uhoh: Regards, Old Smokey |
thanks to all.
On Monday, i'm going to ask my nav manager about it. I'll keep you informed! ;) B_D |
Poisee
sounds like the perfect time to use ryanair's new acronym--
problem-options-inquire (initiate? can't remember)-!!!!e in pants-evaluate-evacuate? the point being-these acronyms are getting out of control!!!! ha! |
Stator Vane,
The acronyms are not getting out of control, THEY'RE IN CONTROL!!!! Regards, Old Smokey |
Now,after talking with nav department, I've found what BRFZFW stands for:
BRieFingZeroFuelWeight. Old Smokey, your stab in the dark was really very near !:D B_D |
