well, the PTU control valve will open automatically if
B ystem EDP pressure drops below limits
airplane is airborne,
and flaps are less than 15 but not up.

so if you retract the flaps electrically the PTU should close and thus you shouldn`t be able to retract the LE devices with the PTU.

Is this right? Nevertheless i don`understand why the manual refers to the leading edge flaps as well.
