Is the maximum speed a boeing 767 at mean sea level 360 knots(412mph)

Vne is generally an airspeed limitation for props and turbo-props (velocity never exceed).

In jets we talk about Vmo (velocity maximum operating). It reduces with increasing altitude and eventually Mmo (mach maximum operating) becomes limiting.

Vmo for the 767 is indeed 360 knots. :ok:

Also (UK) 313 knots below 8000' for birdstrike protection.
