BBJ Aux Fuel
Could anybody give me a full list/explanation of caution ("ALERT") and maintenace ("MAINT") messages potentially displayed on the BBJ Aux. Fuel panel ?
No sign of them in the AOM or QRH. Many thanks, balaton |
Hi
From my 737 cockpit companion book: Alert messages relate to aux fuel sys faults which affect aux fuel operation. Maint messages are for single point system faults and may require maint action. Hope this helps. ;) |
...... and they have a mind of their own along with no dimmer :uhoh::mad:

Yes, I am aware of the basics but I would like to have a complete list of those msgs and the faults behind them. The QRH contains only three ALERT msgs in the abnormal section. I assume there are more, especially maintenace ones.
Perhaps in the Maintenace Manual? Many thanks anyway, balaton |
Why can't you ask your Boeing Tech rep? If he doesn't know he will find out.
that's what they're for.:ok: |
Alert Messages in order of priority,
- NO DATA - AFT TRANSFER - FORWARD TRANSFER - AFT A OVERFILL - AFT B OVERFILL - FWD A OVERFILL - FWD B OVERFILL - AFT LOW PRESSURE - FWD LOW PRESSURE - TRANSFER OFF - AFT QTY LOW - FORWARD QTY LOW. Maint Messages in order of priority - CTRL SYS FAIL - FWD CARD A FAIL - FWD CARD B FAIL - AFT CARD A FAIL - AFT CARD B FAIL - 429 CARD FAIL - 429 CARD FAIL - AFT A TRANSFER - AFT B TRANSFER - FWD A TRANSFER - FWD B TRANSFER - AFT BLEED - FORWARD BLEED - CTR TANK HI SNSR - CTR TANK LO SENSOR - AFT PRES SENSOR - FWD PRES SENSOR - AIR GROUND - CTRL SYS CONFIG - AFT A VENT - AFT B VENT - FWD A VENT - FWD B VENT - AFT FUEL VALVE - FWD FUEL VALVE - FUELING IN PROGRESS - GROUND TRANSFER Most of the codes are reasonably self explanatory. If you want more in depth meanings let me know and I'll see what I can dig up. |
