Fuel Blow out CB on 122VU & 49 VU

Hi folk,
Me an Airbus driver and have been trying to find the purpose behind the Fuel Blow out CBs. :rolleyes: Can any one help me. By the way am new to the site and hoping that I have got the Forum right. Thanks and Blue Skies!
