Multiscan weather radars
 

Although these radars (Auto setting) works beautifully with isolated storms they dont seem to work well with widespread oceanic storms (or any closely packed embedded storm)we guys mostly end up with the radar in manual. Any better ideas techniques being used out there. Appreciate any help suggestions....
