Does anyone know if it's possible to download a copy of JAR STD3A from the net? Ideally free!

Not to stick my nose into your business, but are you asking for JAR STD 3A or for JAR STD 1A, amendment 3? Perhaps you already know that they are different. Either way the link provided will allow you to download either one (the JAR STD 1A link includes amendment 3).
