Easa Validation Czech Republic for ferry
 

Greetings all, I am ferring a B737 from the Czech Republic at the end of October and have been asked if the flight crew have an EASA validation on their licences, Is this validation required given that the crew liciences are from an ICAO contracting state and the flight is classified as private Non Comercial ?, If anyone has the answer to this with the regulatory reference it would be most appreciated,
