Satcom
 

Recently attempted to contact dispatch via Satcom over the NATS...tried several contacts on different numbers and received the following message "ground congestion"
I am unable to find any info on the message...when I sent an acars saying I had attempted to contact them via satcom...dispatch called back on satcom and said that they had not been using any of the satcom contact numbers. Thx in advance.

I suppose it could be like your mobile phone, you sometimes get network busy due to the volume of calls being made at the time.
