The TAP videos don't use Airbus standard SOP or workflow...

No but seriously, I filmed them mostly for my own use but also to let others see what we're doing during training...

Very informative and well presented . . it gives a valuable insight into the procedures that are followed ,and the length of time between stopping and an evacuation command being given.

I'm interested in the rejected take off with evac video. What was the failure? It's unusual for the flight deck to go completely dark and it takes a loooong time to initiate the evac.

If you're talking about the one with the SN pilots its an engine fire... The cockpit goes dark because there is no power supplied to the systems except for the batteries which power the left dome-light. I do agree that it looks like it's very dark in the video but in real life it isn't =)
