Production of BN-Trislander
Hello togehter,
I've got a question to all Britten Norman connoisseur. I've read in 2003 that BN will restart the Trislander production in the future. Until today I don't get any further information about this plan. Maybe one of you know something more? Greets from Germany Joerg |
18 Seats
The Trislander is the only contemporary 18 seat piston-engined aircraft available on the market today. What a scary thought if thats the best British aviation is able to produce in 2007. |
Worked for them many, many years ago. Standard demo trick was to shut down both wing engines so pax / potential customer could see only stationary props while still droning along. Couldn't do it for too long though as there's no genny on the No. 2 engine.

Depends what you want the "product" to do - land on beaches/unprepared strips?
