Has anyone got a 737-200 CBT?

Just wondered if anyone has a 737-200 CBT they'd be willing to trade :ok:

I dont think computers were invented back when the 737-200 was launched ;)

Jinkster 11th October 2006 21:09

the software is asking for an unlock code.....

vapilot2004 12th October 2006 01:29

732 CBTs

Boeing never created an official one that I know of. I have seen at least a couple from airline training depts. Might want to try ebay or froogle.com or shopping.yahoo.com and see what is out there.

CPAT is not free. I've heard of it, but never had any experience with their stuff. Anyone ?

Ahhh those were the days, put the tape in, wait for the game to load and then..the tape stops. No game :{ lol

I can't find any -200 CBT's for free online (or P2P). How much is the unlocking code?

vapilot2004 13th October 2006 00:51

Both Continental and Delta had in-house CBTs in the mid 90s - adapted from training slide-shows with narration by 'the voice of tech training' - whoever that guy was. American 1950s with a soothing and oh so very knowledgeable sounding voice.

How much is the unlocking code?
$ 60.00 for systems introduction. CPAT appears to have (non-blue chip) carrier affiliations.

60s through early 80s CBTs were made from 1-4 pine trees. (Carry Big Tome) ;)

Commodore 64s ? You guys were lucky! I had a TI-99. :O

No afraid not.......

Jinkster- I'm assuming you have a cityjet assessment, hence the requirement.
Believe me if this is the case, I would strongly recommend spending a few days in dublin with a few hours on the sim beforehand and then the rest of the time in the cardboard mock ups (free!). Simtech\Parc should also be able to provide you with the relevant material whilst there.
Good luck

re- cpat, there is no way of re-using an unlock code as a different installation code is generated each time the software is downloaded or copied.

I did see a 757/767 CBT on torrentscan the other day....

Jinkster 18th October 2006 15:47

Lets get the CD trading party started. I have 737-200 CBT and several 757's. PM me for details. Please don't ask me to send it with nothing in trade. Thanks in advance.

Hey there e P, perhaps you could PM Jinkster - this is exactly what the man was looking for.

I am curious - if you could PM me with the author of the CBT that would be great. Boeing never produced one that I know of and I would love to know the source of this one. I was typed in this machine and all we had were typewritten books and on a good day some (in retrospect rather cheesy but highly useful) slide shows. :}

extreme P 19th October 2006 00:25

Jinkster's copy is already on the way. :ok:

Jinkster 19th October 2006 09:58

Excellent, yours will be on its way in about 1hr

:ok:

ExtremeP

Can be a way for me to get the B737-200 CBT ?
