MD-11, altitude vs. weight charts?
 

Are there any charts available (preferably on PDF!) that can be used to estimate mininum, optimum, and maximum altitudes for cruise versus a given weight? Obviously the FMS would be able to tell you this so you could plan your stepclimbs accordingly, but unfortunately I don't have access to an MD-11 FMS so any printed sources for this would greatly aid my project.
