i was wondering if anyone is willing to share a copy of the following: ICAO Circular 303-AN/176 - Operational Opportunities to Minimize Fuel Use and Reduce Emissions. i am curious what it has to say regarding fuel savings or rather whatelse could be done other than not starting the engine :rolleyes:
