jetstreams

some times on a significant wx chart under the core of a jetstream there some figures . For example : jetstream at FL340
under it there are 2 numbers +70/ - 90 and the speed of the jetstream is 120K. Can someone answer my question.( I ve tried to check it on a couple of books with no luck )
