What are the Silver Vanes between the Vertical and horizontal Stabiliser? I saw them when I was getting onto a 200 recently that also belonged to Ryanair.

What are they? Why are they fitted? My guess is Vortex Generators.

But why, usually I have seen them on lift surfaces like Wings or Tail?

I think that these vortex generators holds the airflow on the skin so the horizontal stabilitzer can work properly even in inbord areas near the fusulage.
But now i am guessing:uhoh:
