Hi I woulf like to know if there is a diference between the international comunity requirement (ICAO) as to when is required to fly a PT from the US FAA requirements. Thank You

This is the kind of question I usually get involved in as it deals with IF Procedures. But I don't actually understand your question, perhaps you could give more info. For example, you might quote the FAA requirement so we can compare with ICAO.

At the moment I'd be inclined just to answer "You do a PT when the procedure calls for one", but you must be looking for more than that!?
