B737 Unpressurized Flight
 
Hi Gents, I was wondering why "Only one A/C Pack may be used inflight" should we have to flight unpressurized because of Main Outflow Valve problems, as per MMEL 21-15.

:confused:

Too much ventilation maybe with two packs?
