HF radio stations

Hi all i have the privilage to fly with someone that is the biggest &%&$$%#%%&&$hole in the world , so I need to tune out and tune in to some good tunes in flight are there any good freq out there to listen to in HF and VHF around the world. Thank u

Go on to BBC world service web site, and pull off the freqs. start at BBC.com Bumz
