Aborted T/O's ?

For a research, I am looking for various good examples for aborted take-off runs that went wrong, with extensive accident reports.

Any suggestions?

CYYZ c.1980- AC DC9, debris from blown tire took out 1 eng, T/O aborted, A/C skidded into ravine at end of R/W, 3 dead.

How can there be a good example of something going wrong? Would that not be a bad example?
