Flight Deck Noise Measurement

Does anyone have information on noise levels on Airbus Flight Decks?

I am trying to establish whether the introduction of noise cancelling headsets would make a significant difference?

Thanks

You bet! I know plenty of guys using active noise headsets (Sennheiser is the best) on the A320 or 330 series. I tried that too and it is fantastic, just cutting out the aerodynamic noises.
I use the same on the ARJ everyday and sure would not fly without, at least up to FL240 when the noise becomes bearable.
Any Embraer 135/140/145 pilots out there? Heard this bird is very noisy in pointed end http://www.pprune.org/ubb/NonCGI/frown.gif ?
