Where are airliners prepared prior to delivery to the airline, specifically the paint scheme? I read that Skyservice had to cancel flights on its first day as it was awaiting delivery of two aircraft and wondered if it could be because the aircraft were not ready?

Noo Boeings are painted at the factory I believe.

The aircraft in question had been delivered to Sky' from conversion, the day before they were expected online.Some quick moves that day!!
