emb-145 "attcs" no margin.

Can someone please explain The warning "attcs no margin" Does it take in consideration if you get in icing condition?

If an engine failure is detected, the Automatic Takeoff Thrust Control System (ATTCS) resets the thrust on the servicable engine to TO-1 (Maximum Thrust). The 'E1 ATTCS NO MRGN' EICAS message is advising that there is no ITT margin available if the system is activated to set TO-1 thrust.
