ATR-42 problems?
 

Hey all
We had a gear up landingthe other day at LLBG, where a ATR-42 did'nt get a green on the RH main landing gear.

Landed nicely and no one got hurt, but I understand that this is a reacuring problem in this a/c?

Regarding the ATR landing gear, this is the first one I have heard about. Was it the gear it self, or "just" the indication?

Hey DP - It's great here in the sun-it's so hot here we sometimes explode.....HAHA...hrmm, damn-that was black...

Anyway, it was the gear-the pilot did a very nice job-in the dark as well.
I understand that ATR has released an AD but that the company has'nt complied with all it's aircraft.

The ATR gear problem doesn't ring a bell to me (so to speak :)) Glad it all went ok.

Haven't heard of ATR recurring gear problems.
Perhaps you're thinking of the ATP? That's had a few.
