I believe Channel Express, Zantop in Detroit, and Reeve Aleutian in Alaska

Anyone know of a Canadian operator of L188AF Electra?

Don't know if it's the version you're looking for, but Air Canada has a beautifully restored Electra, polished aluminum and its original TCA livery. They use it for charity fundraisers, one of which is held every June at CYTZ. They take the passengers for a fly-by of Niagara Falls (about 20min away) for about $50 or so.
