Runway slope

Seems like i've lost some pages of my personal notes. Any of you remembers the rule of thumb for calculating runway slope, knowing of course heights for both ends and rwy lenght. Would save me from some serious searching. Thanks in advance!

Difference in threshold end heights x 100 = slope%

Runway length

NB: Make sure height & length units are the same.
