Does anyone have a PDF titled A320 Instructor Support, with a "Ref Number" of UHG01041, with the author apparently "E. TARNOWSKI"

Not sure but I think FCTM started after that. It's a good document but certain things are obsolete.

I believe it’s not been updated since and is obsolete.

As Vilas said, it’s out of date in some areas so use anything you read in it with care.
