LVO procedural question
Guys, OSL approach, poor weather, ils app, published minimums: cat2 or cat3b (no minimums for cat3a). Am I allowed to make cat3a with standard minimums 50RA/200m if not published? (My airline not approved for cat3B). Reference pls

Yes you are, but my reference material would be my airline’s ops manuals, so probably best to ask your chief pilot ? Hope that helps.

CATIIIA/B/C seizes to exist (in EASA world)... it is CAT III with minimums depending on aircraft roll-out control/guidance system stated in the aircraft AFM.

The method of determination of AOM is a mandatory section of OM-A so that is where you will find the answer. (it is yes after all). A.W: All Weather Operations | EASA Community (europa.eu) research best starts here, someone else needs to drop the link to the new standard. |

BraceBrace Ah! do you have a reference please? It's still in their exams!
It's all intertwined in the following: https://www.easa.europa.eu/community...r-operations-0 https://www.easa.europa.eu/community...08.01.2023.pdf |
