Airbus Win app

Is anybody else having problems with the app on their apple device?
I have it on two ipads both running the latest IOS and having done the recent app update and it crashes a few seconds after opening the app.
The app gives guidance and background info across the Airbus product line and the web based site can be found here.

iPad 2, pre and post software OS13.7 the App WIN Airbus crashes after initially starting.

iPad Pro 13.6.1 crashing too when selecting play on the videos.

I have filled out the suggestion box on the website telling them that the app is crashing but I wonder how long it will take Airbus to fix it.

The app is working again this evening.
