Boeing FMC MINVR (minimum rotation speed)

Can anyone explain the reason for an FMC generated MINVR value following automatic uplink of performance data via ACARS?

I can speculate that it is VMC related - potentially VMCA protection, but I'm having trouble finding an explanation.

Apologies for the blurry photo, but leaning forward from behind the center pedestal to snap was a bit awkward.

Thanks.

Could be. I'm wondering why the aerodata performance vendor didn't account for the minimum Vr in their numbers. The aircraft FMC overrode the vendor data, adding 4 knots to Vr.
