Dry crank the engine for 60 seconds. Motor = turn.

Turn the fuel off, leave the bleed pressure on and that will turn the engine until the fuel has been burned off/removed. Perhaps with no action via the FADEC

As GG.

It would help if the aircraft or engine type were stated in these sort of questions.
There's a lot of difference to procedures depending on Fadec vs Non Fadec, Electric or Air starter, etc.

As giggity notes, you want to 'dry' motor the engine to get any unburnt fuel out of it. Doing an engine start with fuel already puddled in the engine is a good way to get a hot start and/or a tailpipe fire.
That being said, as dixi notes the exact procedures depend on the engine and aircraft type. Many FADEC autostart systems will do all that automatically without crew intervention.
